Why did you not inform me CleanTalk blocks Ahrefs crawler bots.
I have found out this by myself recently!
You have to always inform about this all CleanTalk clients before its installation! Note my remark.

Hello, @asmolyakov
Ahrefs crawler bots are already in our global whitelists.
Please, give us 1-2 days to investigate the issue.
Until we fix it you can add Ahrefs’ IPs to your personal whitelists:
https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/78658-what-is-the-list-of-your-ip-rangesThe guide:
https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usageHello, @asmolyakov
We’ve analyzed requests from the Ahrefs IP addresses and found search spam requests.
Please, go to your Anti-Spam logs, choose needed request and click “Details”. There you’ll see the text of the request. And it’s obviously spam text.
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requestsPlease, read the articles about search spam at our blog.
https://blog.cleantalk.orgIf you have more questions, please contact us via our support ticket system:
https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open“We’ve analyzed requests from the Ahrefs IP addresses and found search spam requests. ”
And? For what has it been said?
Should I shut down my favorite Ahrefs?
I want to use Ahrefs with my site.
Can I it??
Please, contact us via the Ticket system https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open and send us examples of IP addresses of these Ahrefs.
Paid services can’t be discussed on this forum.
Best regards,
Please, note, the plugin does not block access of Ahrefs bots to the site. They can be blocked only if the system detects search form requests containing spam.
Hello @asmolyakov,
Ahrefs bots do search requests on your site, so if you do not need to protect your search form against spam submissions just turn it off,
WordPress console -> Settings -> Anti-Spam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings -> “Test default WordPress search form for spam” off.
Does it help?
Here you can find details about spam via search form on a site,

What for ???

I suppose it just follows by a link from Internet. For example, if someone posts such link on third-party site,
https://YOUR-SITE.COM/?s=spam+text+here
Ahref’s bots will follow the link and do search request on your site.
By the way, did you try to whitelist the ahrefs IPs?
https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/78658-what-is-the-list-of-your-ip-ranges
https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=antispamAny way, if you need further assistance please post support request privately,

What for ???
