    Hi

I have just updated to the newest Yoast SEO 3.0 and after this some of the functions in the backend stopped working.

    1. I can’t press insert media
    2. When I press choose featured image it opens the media gallery in full screen and there is no option to close it again
    3. If I cover some text to place a link I can’t scroll on the page or press on the insert link box
    4. The four icons with a traffic light, a mechanic wheel, a social sign and what looks like an outlet does not show anything.

My site is put out of action as long I can’t upload pictures and make links so I hope somebody can help me 🙂

    Best regards
    Sebastian

I’m getting the following message at the top of the screen:

Notice: wpseo_pre_analysis_post_content filter/action is deprecated since version WPSEO 3.0! Use javascript instead. in /home/rfladmin/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3406

    Still not working 🙁 ?

@krausing: Have you disabled the visual editor in your user profile?

If so, that’s a known bug we’re working on. You can follow its progress at https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/3284.

I tried that @tacoverdo but it is still not working. I also updated the Yoast SEO plugin but that didn’t seem to solve anything either.

Clearing my browser cache worked for me too!

If you use W3TC, going to the admin bar and clicking on Performance > Empty all caches as well as Ctrl+F5 will make sure everything is cleared.

Do you use a CDN? Might that have a level of caching that’s not clearing?

I’m having the same issue. It could be a conflict with page builders such as Divi has.

Getting error: wpseoMetaboxL10n is not defined

Same here, getting this error message: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘show’ of undefined”. Already tried to clear the cache, to use another browser, to restart, but it’always the same.
If I deactivate your plugin everything works fine.
    Thanks!

    Hi all!

We have the same problem but getting this error message: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘frames’ of undefined”

We are tried all, clean cache (W3TC), command + R and the only solution that works is desactivate the plugin…
