Thank you for reaching out.
We checked the Dropbox link, but Popup Maker doesn’t have that options.
We also checked your site, but we did not see any popups loading from Popup Maker.
The init popups message was missing when we checked the browser dev tools.
Here’s an example when popups are loading from Popup Maker:

Can you share the exact link page where we can check the issue?
We saw a third-party popup – Half Data Green Popups plugin on your home page.

Can you have a look at that plugin, as the issue might be coming from there?

correct i already use another plugin because customer push to finish job a.s.a.p
will try plugin next time for another web and will let you know
