Affiliate link won't work :(

hey guys ! I don’t understand what is going on with my affiliate link but it won’t show up blue and underlined like it should. I did the steps correctly (well I think!)
I highlighted the sentence then click on insert link, pasted the link. It shows up blue and underlined on my side but when I click on view site and does not. Whenever I move the mouse over to the sentence it has a little hand and I can click on it and it will then take me to the page but for my readers this is not obvious to them. Please help !! Thanks !
