affecting add/edit link pop up

    Hello,

    Took me awhile to locate which plugin was causing this problem. Think it’s a bug.

    When inserting/editing a link via the editor screen:
    1. A large horizontal gray band appears behind the pop up window
    2. There are now two (2) close buttons for this pop up window

    Hello,

    I’ve reproduced this bug. I’m now working to fix it. Thanks you very much for your feedback and time you took to find which plugin was causing this problem.
