Adwords New WordPress and Template

Hi, I have the journalized sand theme. I really like its layout, you can see on http://www.bequiablog.com. However, I think its getting a bit old so am thinking of changing it? I tried the pixel them but it doesnt have the same layout and when I change it the adwords don’t display. Anyone have any ideas for a cool template with a similar layout as the one I have now?

Also I would be happy if anyone could let me know how to get the adwords on the new template the way they are indicated now. I dont really want to experiment… Thanks for your help.
