Advanced Custom Fields

Hi Jordy, we have custom pages and posts on our websites that are using advanced custom fields and images are embeded on those fields. Would the media cleaner pro account for those images? I tried the free version but it seems to have deleted some images that were using those custom pages. Just wanted to know if the pro version would know not to delete those images.
