Ads within content and pages

Is there a way to make Quick Adsense or simply Ads to show within the parts instead of outside the content? . Usually I have an Ad before the content , mid content and end content. I need this to be a start format for each part. Is it possible? Currently only the first and last ad shows but they both static and don’t refresh with the click of the next button . Lastly Does clicking on the next button count as a clicking a new page?
