Administrator Update Issue

I’ve recently been changing up roles on my multi-site install to give users who don’t need so much power the access they need. I recently created a user and granted them Administrator access. This user is now having issues updating page content on one of the multisites. Specifically, there is an issue when trying to change the list type styles. When the user updates the page with their changes, the list type reverts back to the original setting.

I have super admin power on my site and don’t have an issue making changes to pages. I’ve tried disabling the plugins on my site, clearing my cache, and changing themes, but I still have the same problem.

Any ideas?
