Administration email problems

Im trying to design a staging website to redesign my website. I can’t seem to use the new themes I want to try as the administrator email is not mine and I dont have access to the person any more. The website is mine and I want to know if there is a way to replace the administrator email. I have tried to contact them but have had no success.

if you need to make any changes to the password, email address or capabilities and roles of a user, you can do that in the database connected to your staging site. the user details are in the tables users and usermeta.
