Admin user withou admin rights

Since the last 3.2.1. update I´ve had a lot of problems: picture upload, plugin and theme meneus dissapear… and now: admin user doesn´t have administration rigthts.

The original admin user and a newone that i´ve just created, appears in the user list with “administration rights”.

But the plugins and themes menus are not there. I can´t install or uninstall plugins or themes.

Is there a solution for this, or I have to wait for the new release?

What I´ve done: I installed hofix, reset plugins folder (rename, login, rename), changed the theme to twentyleven, back to Thesis, repaired and optimized database, reset passwords.

Any help?
