• Hi,
I recently sign-up an account with bluehost.com, and I was using the Fantastico in my cPanel to automatically installed the wordpress, but the admin url provided for wordpress is not working. When I click on it, it appears that “the documents already moved”.

Below is the installation information I got after I installed wordpress:

An instance of WordPress was installed on http://imhappyfish.com
    Full installation path: /home/imhappyf/public_html/blog
    Public URL: http://imhappyfish.com/blog/
    Admin URL: http://imhappyfish.com/blog/wp-admin/
    Username: xxxxx
    Password: xxxxx
    MySQL database: imhappyf_wrdp1
    MySQL user: imhappyf_wrdp1
Time of installation: Monday, 15th January, 2007 @ 07:35:45 AM

Please click on the admin url provided above, it’s not working and I can’t log in from there. Hope to get your help soon so that I can build my website soon as well.

    Thanks,
    Joanne

  • Yeah you are getting 302 page errors there. I would fire off an email to your host and they should be able to fix that straight away.

Can you check to make sure that /blog/wp-admin/ subdirectory exists and has the permission set to 755?

Should be since you used Fantastico but let’s just make sure. 🙂
