admin section no CSS

    I just downloaded and intalled wp 3.0.1 it all seems to be working fine except for the fact that the admin pages have no formatting to them at all, its as if the CSS has been removed.

    Any ideas, I have no theames installed

    sounds like all files might not have made it
    why not try uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders again?
