Admin portal problems…

Ok I recently experienced a wordpress hack/virus called gumblar that injected some java script on the bottom of 300+ files.

Anyways I got them all cleaned by manually removing the code/replacing some of the files with fresh wordpress core files.

Problem is I took some files from 2.9.1 and 2.9.2.

Now in my admin portal, anytime I try to do something like approve a comment, delete a comment, delete a user etc it will complete the action, but just hangs on a blank white page instead of refreshing back to the original page I was on saying comment approve, or user deleted.

What file(s) would be causing this issue? I really don’t want to have to re-upload all the files again.
