Admin page is not averable

i cant enter the admin page but until i change the folder name of the plugins in my Ftp server. But when i change it bag it doesnt work again even when all plugins are deactivated.I already tried to deinstall and reinstall the plugins and changed the php version in my hosters backend. If you have a solution let my now i would be glad to hear something.
