Admin Login Problems

Hi guys,
I’m new to WordPress and my company assigned me to touch up our website. The woman that worked on the WordPress account left the company and didn’t leave any administrative passwords/information for our company to move forward. I cannot find any Transaction ID or activation URL/Key. I couldn’t find a direct phone number to call or an email. I was wondering if there is any other way that I can get our Admin login information.

PS- I just made a new account to post this question, this account is not the company’s current admin account.
