Admin login not working

Suddenly I am unable to login using my normal password and when I try to change it php my admin it won’t let me. Also, strangely, if I request a new password using the ‘forgotten your password’ link I get redirected to the Facebook page I have set up as a redirect on my WordPress site while I am working on it – why? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
