    Hi

    We get this error login in

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_correct_api_key() on null in /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-content/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/includes/class-plugin-notices.php:570 Stack trace: #0 /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): TRP_Trigger_Plugin_Notifications->add_plugin_notifications() #1 /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters() #2 /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action() #3 /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(176): do_action() #4 /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-admin/update-core.php(10): require_once(‘/home/studentos…’) #5 {main} thrown in /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-content/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/includes/class-plugin-notices.php on line 570

    And the email from wordpress says:

    Ett fel av typen E_ERROR uppstod på rad 570 i följande fil: /home/studentostersund/public_html/wp-content/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/includes/class-plugin-notices.php which loosely translated is “An error of the typ E_ERROR occured on line 570 in the following file:..”

    WordPress-version 6.8.2
    Current theme: Astra (version 4.11.8)
    Current plugin: TranslatePress – Multilingual (version 2.9.22)
    PHP-version 8.0.30

    The error disappears when I deactivate TranslatePress.

    Hi @admsko,

    I’ve created a task for the development team to address this issue in the next TranslatePress update. It appears to be an edge case. In the meantime, could you please navigate to TranslatePress > Settings > Automatic Translation and click Save? Let us know if the issue still persists afterward.

    Thanks for the speedy reply.

    Tried your suggestion and the issue is still there until I deactivate the plugin.

    Hi @admsko,

    We’ll be releasing an update next week that includes a fix for this error. In the meantime, you can use version 2.9.19 of TranslatePress Multilingual, which should not produce this issue.

    You can download it from this link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/advanced/ Just scroll down to the section titled ‘Please select a specific version to download’ and choose version 2.9.19.
