Why everybody can edit my posts?

Hi everybody,
I make the URL address of my home page in wordpress like this one: http://www.mywebsite.com/articles/ and upload 11 posts. Now when I type in internet the address http://www.mywebsite.com/articles/ I see that everybody can edit my posts. What did I do wrong? (I am newbie to wordpress. It is my first site)
