• Hi support team

I would like to ask two questions.

    1. In Chrome, I can’t click on the button ‘Install’ in Addons psge.

When I go to the Addons page, two Error msg are displayed.

    Uncaught TypeError: Illegal constructor
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (admin-min.js?ver=1.6.1.6:1)
    at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,plupload&ver=4.8.2:2)
    ………

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=thickbox,hoverIntent,common,admin-bar,wp-ajax-response,jquery-color,wp-lists,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-mouse,jquery-ui-sortable&load[]=,postbox,svg-painter,heartbeat,wp-auth-check,jquery-ui-position,jquery-ui-tooltip,underscore,shortcode,backbone,wp-util,wp-backb&load[]=one,media-models,wp-plupload,mediaelement,wp-mediaelement,media-views,media-editor,media-audiovideo,mce-view,imgareaselect,image&load[]=-edit,jquery-ui-draggable,jquery-ui-slider,jquery-touch-punch,iris,wp-color-picker&ver=4.8.2:624)
    ……….

How can I install available Addons in chrome?

    2. Password Protection Addon

When TWO Gallery use the Password Protected option with the same password, the Password Protected option seems not working properly.
User only need to enter one of the password, then he can view both of the gallery.

How to I fix this problem?

    Thanks

  • Hi @kwchanas,

    Thanks for reaching out! 😉

In regards to issue #1, this is actually a bug released in a recent version of Google Chrome. Our development team is looking into this further. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. Because this is a browser bug, you can use another browser like Firefox of Safari until things are sorted.

For issue #2, would you mind submitting a ticket at https://enviragallery.com/contact? We’d be able to more fully assist you and the premium addons in this way.

Looking forward to your reply and thanks!

@jamzth — any update on the issue #1? We’re still seeing this problem when trying to use the Instagram Plugin in Chrome. It doesn’t work.

    Hi @mark0tz,

Thanks for asking. We have just released a major update that addresses the Addons and Settings pages. Would you confirm that you have updated to the most recent version?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi @jamzth

I do not see plugin update notifications about new versions.
Do I need to update manually?

Please let me know if your team have any suggestion.
    Thanks

    Hi @kwchanas,

If you are still unable to see the updates on the both the Plugins and the Updates page in the WordPress backend, we suggest updating manually. I’m sorry that you are experiencing this difficulty in updating. Feel free to leave us a ticket on our site at https://enviragallery.com/contact/ if you have continued issues.

Thanks and have a great weekend!
