Adding slideshow to Custom Template

We have a WP site built with a custom template. Our goal is to replace a static image on the home page with the Slideshow.

The website is http://www.entegreat.com.

We want to replace the windmill picture with the new Slideshow.The static image has text on top of it that we would like to remain there on all the slides.

I can see in my css style sheet where the static image is placed. How do I make the Slideshow take it’s place on the page?
I don’t see my home page in the php files, only in the css style sheets.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
