Adding pages to Greyzed theme

I’m new to wordpress and have just downloaded the Grayzed theme for my site http://www.wytchecraft.com

I want to add some new pages to my blog site so there is a page for each subject I’ll be discussing. So far with thsi theme there are only two pages “home” and “about”. I have tried to use the custom widgets to do this, but I’m not having any luck at all.

Could someone please offer some advice as to how I can do this?
