Adding Pages To Blog

Hello, I have this Blog Called Womp World –> http://WompWorld.com. Now if you scroll to the bottom you will see there is no link to a 2nd, 3rd page. I wanted to make a Next And A Previous Link at the bottom so readers can skim through multiple pages of my blog. How can i do this
