Your currently used aci theme could not be found in the wordpress.org/themes/ directory.
If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
For commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way. if i change the theme to twenty nineteen, edit the page as necessary, then change back to the theme we have, would that work?

changes made to the twenty nineteen theme will not reflect in your currently used aci theme.
