adding link to forums?

Hi all

I am new to wordpress though have a question.

I have a forum that is running on mybb and would like to place a link at the top of my wordpress site that when clicked on will take users to the forum?

The main purpose of my wordpress website is for me to add articles on a certain niche though i intend on the forum been the main focus of attention.

Can this be done? sorry for such a newb question but I havent worked with wordpress before.

Yes it can – if you create a custom menu. That way, you can directly control what is – and isn’t – in your site’s navigation menu.

Thank you for that though i still have a problem, I created a custom menu and it workd though placed the forum link on the right hand side of the page.

What i am looking for now is how to add the forum link at the top of the wordpress, where the links go across at the top of the page i want to add a forum link if that is possible?
