Adding Left Margin to Template

Thanks for your help. Working on bakerite.com I want to set left margin for the entire css.stylesheet in this template. The content and images are hugging the left border. I don’t know the exact code to add or which code to change as there is no left margin demand in the CSS. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
