Adding info after processing sales

Is there any plugin or extension that can ad information to the Woo order right after proccessing payment?
To be more specific. I would like to ask name of children, birthday and other info for CRM purposes, but that could be connected or tracked with the order.
During the same visit but after processing payment.
I used to have a plugin adding this information before checkout but It was an additional click and page with a big % of site abandonment. I improved the performance without it but I would like to ask the information just after the payment.
