If you go to the Media Library in WP and open the image you want to be your og:image (if it’s not there, upload it to the Media Library), you should see the image’s permalink on the right side. Highlight the link, copy it, then paste it into the OG Metabox text field next to Select Image. Saving that link down should do the trick.

@ncxkomo I did not have the OG Metabox text field available to me. I think that requires an upgrade. I figured out a work around.

To make sure that no other plugins are causing issues; are you having the same issue when you disable all other plugins and activate the default theme? (Backup first).
