Adding HTML & CSS to WordPress Page

    I have an HTML Zip File that includes the following folders:

    CSS
    Images
    Index.html
    js

    The CSS has the style.css
    There are 7 images
    And there is nothing in the js folder

    How do I add this content to a standard WordPress page?
