Adding Exclusions

Greetings – I am having issues with ClearTalk where it is blocking some actions and it is effecting my website. Here is what my HOST recommends but in your exclusions area “advanced” I am not sure how to add these since I do not have the entire path. Can you assist? Below is from my Host Provider.

We have checked the server logs and can confirm that CleanTalk Anti-Spam is blocking certain requests on your website like below.
72.56.147.71 - - [23/Feb/2026:09:53:23 +0000] "GET /account/?action=register&thim_register_msg=%2A%2A%2A%20Forbidden.%20Sender%20blacklisted.%20Anti-Spam%20by%20CleanTalk.%20%2A%2A%2A HTTP/1.1" 403 3099 "https://fasttraxsystem.com/" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/114.0.0.0 Safari/537.36"
These 403 responses indicate that CleanTalk is flagging and blocking the registration and required background API requests, which would prevent the portal and plugin from functioning correctly.
Temporarily deactivate the CleanTalk plugin and ask the script provider to test again : https://fasttraxsystem.com/portal/?fcom_action=auth
If it works after disabling, re-enable CleanTalk and whitelist the URLs
