Adding Category to Menu Bar

    Hi Guys,
    Could do with a bit of help. I’m trying to create a menu for a site i’m working on.

    A menu item labeled “fruit” would contain links to sub-catergirues named “berries,” “citrus,” “tropical,” etc. I do not want an actual “fruit” page. Is there any way to do this? (taken from a previous post).
