• My site has a “Contact Us” page. Right now any inquiry is emailed to me. I would like to add another email address so that two different email addresses are notified about the inquiry. How do I do that?

  • Depends on how the Contact Form is implemented; is it a plugin or a built-in form with your theme? Where did you download the theme from? What contact form plugins are you using?

    Hey jborchel,

    Is this: http://www.roberttrentjonessociety.com/ your website?

If so, i’ve detected you are using Contact Form 7.

Check out this article, with regards to adding multiple recipients:

Hope this helps, if you require any help, please let me know! : )

The “Contact Us” sender would not know who it is going to. When he or she sends I just want WordPress to send it to two email addresses at the same time. That’s all. I am the uneducated webmaster who wants to see all inquiries. I want our Membership Director to also see the inquiries. He would then act on those that are about joining and I would act on all others. We don’t want the inquirer to have to decide who to send it to.

That’s possible; put the two email addresses, separated by a comma, in the To field in the Mail tab of the Edit Contact Form page, i.e., email1@dot.com,email2@dot.com
