Adding a link to dashmenu

    add_menu_page('Productions', 'dashmenu', 'administrator', 'http://productions.cefm.ca/wp-admin/index.php');

    I’m trying via a plugin to add links to my other WordPress/Gallery/bbpress Admins via dashmenu. But it doesnt work. Any ideas?

    try this: 

    function addDashmenuLinks() {
	echo '<li><a href=""></a></li>';
}

add_action('dashmenu', 'addDashmenuLinks');

    should work for 2.5+
