Add Video Dynamically on Template Page

Hello ,

In my wordpress siet I use different template for different pages. At the time of creating new page, I choose the template layout from the Admin Panel. It works fine.
In all of the template file presently I put some embeded video code for displaying videos and on each page the code/video is different.
If changing the video for any template, I have to do it by manually. Is there be any plugin available where from the Admin Panel I can choose the templane name and add video code for that template or similar like this?
