Add Vendor table in database

Hi,
I’m building a multivendor marketplace with your wcfm marketplace and wcfm multivendor plugins.
Customers should submit a request to view a vendor store and the vendor agrees to show their store page to make purchases. Is it possible to add a table to the database with stores/vendors data?
If it’s possible, I should create a page with the stores/vendor that have accepted the request for each customer.
