Hello, thanks for Ultimate Member. I use plugin for a year and very like it. Concept is Admin add users. For some reason two weeks ago users can not be added, instead of the message that the successful addition of new users I have the error 404 page.

Are you adding users from the WordPress admin panel > Users?

No, I’m adding users through the Ultimate Memeber Register Page. Also, nothing has been changed on the site except for regular update .

Do you use Um Google reCaptcha in your registration form and was it recently updated?

I get an email notification to that I added a new user, but there is only URL + Role without a username.

Please post a screenshot of your email here. It may give out a few clues as to the nature of your problem.

I am beginning to suspect a server misconfiguration or a change in permalinks.
