Add random WP_CACHE_KEY_SALT & option in wp-admin

    I would like to suggest & request that you add the WP_CACHE_KEY_SALT by default to the wp-config.php when the plugin is activated due to obvious reasons.

    Also, how about giving options in wp-admin to edit all the define’s?

    I would like to contribute to the plugin if you’re accepting.
