Add Offset to the Settings

It would be great if you add “Offset” to the settings so the users can show the posts from the second posts from a certain taxonomy. That way one can customize the way the first posts shows and all the other posts from the same taxonomy can be shown in a masonry format beneath it.
One more suggestion: It would be also very useful if you add a feature in the settings to define the gap between the images and between the columns. That enables the users to change those specifications without editing CSS file.
