Add new column

Hi i would really like to add a new category column on a new awards site im designing here

As i have over 5 categories in the awards i need to repeat the row of categories on the main page. It is a premium theme from graphicpress but the designers say

‘Not without a great deal of customization and code rewriting, Unfortunately, we don’t have any prebaked code for that. Hope that helps’

No it doesnt really help so im wondering if anyone on here could help me out….?
