Add More Sidebars

I setup up my blog to have one sidebar run all the way down the left side of my post. I then have on the right side 9 square boxes that were each a sidebar. My functions.php is set up for 10 sidebars but I can’t actually get the right boxes to be recognized as sidebars. Instead I get the left sidebar to repeat the widgets 10 times. What script to I edit to to fix this?
