Add media button not working

    Hi,
    I really need some help. Every time I write a new post and click on the ‘add media’ button, nothing happens. I used to reload the page a couple of times and eventually it would work, but now it’s completely stopped.
    I don’t know if it’s because I have run out of space, but I cannot find my usage anywhere. I’m getting quite fed up and would really appreciate if this matter could be solved.

    Hi there,

    typically this isn’t a problem with the WordPress core. More times a button won’t work because a theme or plugin isn’t compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

    Have you tried switching to the default WP themes (example: Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Fifteen) to rule out any theme-specific problems or deactivated plugins?
