Add link to Google plugin

    Is there a plugin similar to ‘WP to Twitter’ of ‘Add link to Facebook’ that I can use to add a post to a Google + page? Can’t seem to find any. I’ll like my post to automatically cross-post to my Google+ page once the post is posted.
