Add Link to Custom Field

Thank you for such a great plugin – what a time saver! I am not a coder and this is great for someone like me.

I hide the post title with css display:none, and I am using a custom field instead of a post title and it works great!
[catlist name=designers title=no title_tag=span title_class=title customfield_display=designer_name customfield_display_name=no customfield_tag=span customfield_class=customfield thumbnail=yes ]

Only problem is – how to make the custom field a link to the post? Is this possible? Of course the thumbnail links to the post, but I am wanting the custom field to do the same.
