I made a a filter.
At the second step “Attribute and Values” > Advanced : I selected the category “besoin en eau”.
But all categories are showing overtwise just “besoin en eau”

This is Limit filter values by products from the selected category not Limit filter values by selected category.
Free version of the plugin don’t have sub-categories filter. It is available in paid version of the plugin.
