Add Description menu

    How do I add a description menu Unbeaten anchor effect in the Main Menu ? I can only use description on the menu by APPEARANCE -> MENUS , but so loses the anchor effect , and ONETONE OPTIONS has the description option. Anything I explain in more detail.
