Hi,
the error is (most likely) caused by an error in the code you added. This is not related to the Custom Loop add-on, as it is using the same template files. You would run into this error if you were using the plain Exchange page templates as well. So I first suggest you check your customisations, and make sure that there are no syntax errors.

Hi! No syntax errors.
Their tech support said they tested it out with and without custom loops and the issue was only present with your plugin installed.
How would you recommend adding description to the store list if not by the method that ithemes recommends?

with the help of the Exchange developer I found a solution for the issue, I will release an update later today (Monday Jan. 11)
