Is the admin page for sale ? I have this weird screenshothere :

with what looks like ads for browsehappy showing up in the “post” page.

Don’t know why your screen is showing that icon everywhere (it doesn’t on mine), but BrowseHappy is under WordPress.org’s wing. See http://wordpress.org/development/2005/06/browsing-happy
