Active pluggin react like inactive

Hi,
i use multiple themes wihtout get any problems, until i decide to change some themes to the woocommerce, and it s look like it s not working anymore, i desintaled it and then re-instal it but it s not working, i guess i miss something i tried many times but i did not success, what should i miss ?
