Hi Birgit,
That looks like the old email template, are you using the latest version of UWP?
If so please go to
UsersWP > Emails > User Emails > (click advanced at top right) then the standard activation email template is:
Dear [#user_name#],
Thank you for signing up with [#site_name#]
[#login_details#]
Thank you,
[#site_name_url#]
Replace it with that and customize as you need.

yes, I have updated UsersWP to the latest version.
From your response and the available template keywords it seems there is no activation link any more. I mean, sending the login details is something different than sending an activation link for a not yet activated account.
Do I get it right that it is not necessary anymore for a new user to activate his account?
Are accounts now automatically activated?

That info is swapped out for the right info depending on settings.

Hm… In the registration settings it is activated, that users get an email with a link to activate their accounts.
In the User email settings exactly that activation email is activated and the email is sent. However, there seems to be no possibility to include an activation link into this email.
Is there any chance to send you screenshot through this support forum?

Just enter exactly how i have it above. The login details will include the activation link if thats what the settings are set to do.
