My account was hacked by Russians. I wrote down some email addresses that they used. My website is now gone and it only displays Hello World!. How can I recover it? Is there a way to prevent another hacking?

When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures and start backing up your site.

Did you have a backup? That’s the only way to recover the site if it was wiped out. If you don’t, check with your hosting provider to see if they have a backup.

Going forward it’s very important to implement advanced security measures.
Make sure you’re website is https. Install and configure a security plugin.
And implement other measures: https://wordpress.org/support/article/hardening-wordpress/
